James specialises in providing organisational design, leadership team effectiveness, executive coaching and culture measurement and change solutions. James brings his corporate and consulting expertise to help leaders and teams build insight, skills, and alignment for lasting impact.
James works in partnership with Pacific Talent Partners to deliver our Talent Consulting offerings.
Experience
James was Global Head of Talent for Macquarie Capital, overseeing organisational capability, performance, and culture for a global team of around 2,000 people. Prior to that, he led Aon Hewitt’s Leadership Practice in ANZ – focusing on psychometric assessment, leadership development and employee engagement.
Earlier in his career, he held a series of senior HR roles at Microsoft, focusing on leadership development and organisational effectiveness. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business and a Master’s in Organisational Coaching
