After transitioning from the sport, he leveraged his commercial acumen to establish a strong foundation in sports events and management, becoming the Australian figurehead for the Rafa Nadal Academy brand. In this role, he led the promotion and management of all academy-related clinics and events across the country. Now specialising in technology-focused roles at Pacific Talent Partners, Mateo takes a relationship-driven approach, dedicated to helping people discover exciting new career opportunities. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University, he ensures exceptional service for both clients and candidates, fostering meaningful connections and delivering impactful results.
