Pacific Talent Partners is delighted to share that Elliot Long has been promoted to Managing Partner effective 1 August 2024.
Elliot joined the Executive Search team in 2018 after a career in luxury residential sales with McGrath Lower North Shore and LJ Hooker Avnu. Prior to starting his professional career Elliot was a distinguished elite Australian representative swimmer, ranking among the country’s top 100 metre freestyle swimmers. As a training partner to World Champion, James Magnussen, Elliot demonstrated that his dedication, ability to thrive under pressure and competitive spirit are second to none.

Elliot has delivered pivotal roles in the Chief Financial Officers and Chief Commercial Officer Practices, becoming a trusted advisor to many of our very best clients and their leadership teams. Over this time, he has developed an impressive track record of C-Suite and leadership appointments with clients including Linfox, Seven West Media, Accenture, News Corp, Ventia, UBS, Allianz and the NSW Government, to name but a few.
